All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed, including thorough payment verification, strict quality inspection (checking for defects, intact parts, and safety features), and secure packaging to prevent damage. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays, and any orders placed after our daily cutoff time will be processed the next business day.

Packaging Details

Given the varying sizes and fragility of our products, we use specialized packaging tailored to each item to prevent transit damage. Bicycle protection gear is wrapped in soft tissue paper and placed in padded boxes to protect their shock-absorbent materials and fabric. Helmets are packed in hard-shell boxes with foam inserts to safeguard their shells and liners from dents or cracks. Bulkier accessories like tires, handlebars, and brakes are wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in reinforced boxes, adhering to international packaging standards for bicycle parts to ensure moisture resistance and overall durability during shipping.

Shipping Options & Times

We offer two flexible shipping options to suit your needs: Standard shipping, which typically takes 3–7 business days from the date of shipment, and Expedited shipping, available for an additional fee with delivery times ranging from 1–3 business days—ideal for cyclists who need their essentials quickly for an upcoming ride. International shipping is available to most countries worldwide; international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s government. Delivery times for international orders vary by country, typically ranging from 7–14 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which may take 24–48 hours to update.

Additional Notes

We do not offer shipping to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time; all orders must be shipped to a physical address. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery to receive assistance with filing a carrier claim, arranging a replacement, or processing a refund. Address changes are only guaranteed if requested before your order is processed or shipped.
